Mode Name Service

The Mode Name Service Trigger enables users to automate actions based on events related to domain name registration within the Mode network. This trigger is particularly useful for applications that rely on tracking domain ownership changes, expiration, or new registrations within the next-generation Mode Mainnet Domains.

  1. Action:

    • Specifies the event type to monitor within the Mode Name Service. The available action:

      • Name Registered: Activates when a new domain name is registered on the Mode Mainnet, allowing users to monitor and respond to new domain acquisitions.

  2. Additional Filters:

    • Provides further customization options for narrowing down specific domain-related events:

      • ID: A unique identifier for the domain name registration. By specifying an ID, users can restrict the trigger to a particular domain name, ensuring focused tracking.

      • Owner: The address of the current domain name owner. This filter enables users to monitor registrations or ownership changes involving a specific address.

      • Expires: Specifies the expiration time for the domain name registration. This filter allows the user to track domains based on their expiration date, which is useful for automations related to renewals or notifications prior to domain expiry.

These fields provide a robust setup for tracking domain registration events on the Mode Mainnet, enabling users to automate processes like notifications, renewals, or any application that depends on real-time domain management.
