IONIC
The Ionic Trigger allows users to automate actions based on changes in lending and borrowing rates within the Ionic protocol. As a key money market for yield-bearing assets on the OP Superchain, Ionic provides dynamic rates that users can monitor and leverage for optimized DeFi strategies.
Templates:
Users can select predefined templates for common rate triggers:
USDT Yield is above 5%: Activates when the USDT yield rate rises above 5%.
USDT Borrowing Rate is below 3%: Activates when the USDT borrowing rate drops below 3%.
Templates are organized by Lending rate and Borrowing rate, allowing for quick access to the most relevant triggers.
Network:
Allows users to select the blockchain network where the trigger will monitor Ionic rates (e.g., Mode network on the OP Superchain). Ensures the automation applies to the correct network environment.
Token:
Specifies the token (e.g., USDT) for which the yield or borrowing rate is being monitored. Selecting the correct token ensures that the trigger focuses on relevant rate changes within the Ionic protocol.
Condition:
Defines the rate comparison condition for the trigger:
>=: Trigger activates if the rate is at or above the specified threshold.
<=: Trigger activates if the rate is at or below the specified threshold.
This condition is used in conjunction with the Comparison Value to determine when the trigger should activate.
Comparison Value:
Sets the specific rate threshold as a percentage. For instance, setting a value of 5 means the trigger will activate if the rate meets the selected condition relative to this percentage.
